Desirae attended Central Washington University where she received her BS. She went on to receive her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has been a long time athlete and strives to help other maintain a healthy lifestyle. Desirae’s area of interests include overhead athletes, CrossFit athletes, weightlifters, soccer players, and anyone who is recovering from injury or looking to improve sport performance. Her objective is to keep you active in your sport through injury by training your weakness and improving your movement patterns.
